Fuel pump?
« on: August 13, 2006, 12:33:08 AM »
I have the Pinturbo ready all the way up to the fuel. I have yet to tear into it but want to know what the fuel pump change will be like. Will I need any adapters or make any kind of brackets or just find a side mount replacement?

There are no mech. ones that you can use, you will need an electric one. Some people modifiy the tank and intall the pump in it, others (like me) use an in-line one.

I used one from a F150, I will find the part# and get it to you. Check out the mounting details in my thread about this swap in the FAQ section.

I got one from Parts America and works great. It ways a replacement for an XR4TI inline pump.
