Title: frozen wheel

Sorry for posting again,

My Passenger side  Rear wheel wont turn, The EBrake is off,
Anything to look for?
 the left wheel spins fine

And it's not in gear or park? Has car been sitting for a while, I wonder if the rear end is locked up  ???

Shoe rusted on possibly, remove plug on back of backing plate to mechanically screw down adjuster.  You may use a 2x2 wood on outside of drum and hit it with hammer to knock it loose as well.  No metal to metal contact though.

Not in gear and ebrake is off but ebrake handle has a lot of slack in it. The car has been sitting 5 years    Hope it's not the rear. Drivers side spins fine.
