"Custom" brake lines aren't really expensive. I've had some made up at a local shop before. You might be able to go to a local parts house and see if they will let you look thru hoses or help you find what you need.

If you can't locate the hoses you need you may want to check out this place.
Brake Hoses Unlimited,  a search will probably take you to their ePay site, they do have a web site but it's a pain to find it. I found it easier to just E them, goodbrakes@brakehoses.biz
They made some custom hoses for me & I was pleased with them. They are DOT approved & made here in the USA not china.

Your soft lines are too short? Go to a NAPA store and have them fab up a new set of lines. Just bring in the old lines and have them match the fittings and crimp on a longer soft line...Or go to any Big Rig service place and they should be able to fab some up....

The link below suggests using the flex lines out of a Mustang II for this swap.

they are the same brake lines, mustang ii and pinto both use the same doorman part number h80013, both 16.75, im guna try bending and relocating the hard lines to make it alittle better, also where it comes out of the caliper the line rubs hard on the ball joint nut, i mite rethread the caliper to accept a banjo bolt and fitting and find new longer lines, i wll post it with pics and part numbers to help every one else
