71-78 vs. 79-80 dash differences?
« on: April 08, 2018, 10:36:58 AM »
I was window shopping online, and saw that both the pad (plastic cover) and the actual dash (fiberglass) are listed as different for those years.
Wondering what is different about them? At a quick glance they look similar.
Yes, sitting waiting for the 79 to be delivered, it is on the road coming from Tucson as we speak.
Thanks,

Maybe I have answered my own question.
Just got a look at a 79 instrument panel and it is squarish.
Been too long I guess.

Yep, that's the main difference!

For as long as I had the Ohio 79, you would think I might remember some stuff. :-[
