emissions again

I am trying to install an air pump and the rest on a 76, 2.3 wagon. Not much of a clue as to how Pics or vids would be great the car is auto w/ ac  I know if I see some detailed pics I could do it . I cannot seem to find any diagrams  Please help .thanks

In my state if the car is older than 20 years the emissions equipment doesn't need to be there.
Too costly to try to bring up to standards of the time of manufacture being the reason. 
I have a air pump if you need one.  Not sure if I have the brackets for it though.

That used to be the case here in CA.  Unfortunately, the put a cap on it, and its 1975 and older permanently, atleast till they decide to move it again...

 In Missouri what I run into, is even though the car doesnt have to pas emissions testing, it wont pass safety if emissions parts are off the car.

 I think they are just mean here though.
