FINALLY GOT THE DAVID VIZARD HOT RODDING YOUR 2.0 BOOK THANKS TO A MEMBER HERE.ON THE REAR COVER IS A PIC OF A PINTO OWNED AN RACED BY JAMES FLYNN.IT SAYS HIS 2.0 WAS 400 HORSEPOWER ANYBODY HAVE ANY INFO OR INSIGHT TO HIS CAR AN SETUP??

Oh my gosh, do you really want to go to the expense of Cosworth 16 valve heads, turbo, compression ratio that would require high octane race gas, a cam so hot you could not use it on the street, etc.

If you want that much power, better to put in a V-8

Just read about George Ohio Montgomery's 74 2.0 turbo motor.it was reportedly pushing 500 horsepower with 26lbs of boost.totally crazy for a 4banger.makes me jealous if only I knew what he did

Thought I'd just look that up real quick, and read about it. I've been copy/pasting and reading for hours now! Those early turbo guys must have had some deep pockets to refine their systems to those levels. I can just picture a pile of hole filled pistons in a smokey heap behind the shop. Some really great reading!
