Pintocrazed,
There just isn't enough info on the engine to recommend a specific carb that will work well enough. Head work, Cam, manifold type? headers? More specifics are needed.

Ok , But is this a street car or a mini stock racer? How much is the Compression ratio , what kind of fuel octane?. Before I go much further, what kind of power band do you want to deal with? And will you spin the engine beyond 6500 rpm (is the crank and rods upgraded for revs)?
If you can find one, get the Dave Vizard book on hopping up 2.0L ford. Most of your questions can be answered there. We'll be here, it's just a question of the usage and detail of the whole Induction and Exhaust parameters.

Pintosopher, the difference between 150 and 180 Hp is the size of my wallet

Dead stock ATX and a big cam is a driveability killer. A bigger carb will only make that worse.
