Its been a few years since I took apart a door.  From what I remember, I think if you remove the regulator frame from the lower part of the glass you can remove it without removing the dew wipes.  If you are trying to remove the glass with the frame, I believe the dew wipes will need to come out.

Thanks TIGGER
I DID HAVE THE WIPES REMOVED
when I said window sash I was referring to
The piece attached to the bottom of the window.
I have onley removed door glass 2 or 3 times
And that was 25 years ago.
I think I have to drill out rivets on said piece
And take off of glass so it can be removed  from the door.
???????????

Yes you will need to drill out the rivets. Don’t loose the white plastic rings either. Hope this helps.
