Title: Brake Rebuild

Ordered all the parts to rebuild the rear brakes. Seem best option is to remove the Axel shaft for easy access? Any thoughts ?(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170609/43e0468827fec241999350c4379a7df3.jpg)

Nope, no need to remove axle unless axle seal leaking.  Do one side at a time so you can reference back if need be or take photo.
