Brake questions
« on: August 09, 2015, 03:44:37 PM »
Changing the brakes on my 1978 ford 2.3, doing the front disc brakes and I have two questions:

How do you take the caliper off to replace the shoes? I found one bolt that goes thru the housing for the piston and I think connects to the other half I just don't know if that's the right one its kind of hard to get to.

When spinning the rotor it spins freely with little resistance about 75% of the spin and than gets caught and you have to use a little force to get it thru the rest of the way, is this normal or is the rotor warped?
