black mildew stains in seats

Well my 'dry' storage for the car wasn't so dry. now it has nasty black mildew stains on brown vinyl. anyone got a cure that won't take the color out of the vinyl?. thanx , crossy

I have used magic erasers and tire shine with fantastic results under similar circumstances, no water on the magic eraser, spray on tire shine (have used a few brands) but I might suggest instead of tire shine a vinyl cleaner may be recommended. The magic erasers however do wonders on vinyl and I have found nothing better.

i see this is older thread, what is the follow up on this? and have you tried WD40?
