Alum 2.0 valve cover gasket

Is the gasket for a 2.0 aluminum fined valve cover the same as the steel one? And what are the torque specs for it?

FELPRO PART # IS VS50092C CAN USE ON ANY COVER THAT FITS THE HEAD. NOT MUCH TORQUE .I LIKE TO USE A LITTLE BLUE LOCTITE ON MINE.
