spring rates for front coils and rear leafs on a couple of online sale  sites  offer several spring rates, I'm considering new ones front and rear, my car will have the 2.3 turbo T5 and stock pinto 8" rear w/ open (for now) 3.40 gears.  Is there a better rate over stock to buy?  And are  the mini stock springs a lowered spring in the rear or just a stiffer factory ride height spring?  Thank Jim

jc whitney has some for stock replacement,  speedway has some afco   leaf springs.  autozone and speedway offer front coils.  not to cocerned on $$  they are still cheaper than getting them local.

There's V-8 Mustang II springs in several rates on E-Bay every day.
Its better to be a has-been, than a never was.

I may be wrong , I thought I read some where on this site that Mustang II springs were a different length and would not direct bolt up to a Pinto sedan/hatch car..  Please feel free to correct me on this.
