78 v8 power steering

Does anybody have a v8 Pinto with power steering? I've got a 78 with a 302 and trying to put power steering back on it and the mustang ll bracket I have also had ac and the bracket is long and hits the fire wall.  Any ideas for a different bracket? I greatly appreciate any ideas. Thanks Tim
