78 302 timing set/thrust plate. Need help!
« on: December 29, 2012, 12:26:44 AM »
Got a new billet double roller set. Cam sproket has a bearing pressed on. When the thrust plate is bolted on there is a huge gap between the cam and the plate. Should there also be a bearing between the cam and plate or just the one on the sprocket. Seems like my dizzy gear is gonna get chewed right up.
