77 Cruiser 302 help

I was wondering if anybody out there has tried to install Mustang GT shorty headers and exhaust in a Pinto, I really don't want to waste my time if I have to make numerous modifications to do this.

Modifications to what? The headers? The exhaust? The car?

Might work if they point forward and down.
'72 Runabout - 2.3T, T5, MegaSquirt-II, 8", 5-lugs, big brakes.
'68 Mustang - Built roller 302, Toploader, 9", etc.

with out mod they won't work. Options are hooker style if you can find custom made if you can afford it early fairlane  or mustang stock or 351w reversed to exhaust forward.

How much power (engine mods) are you planning ?
