72 Pinto diff
« on: January 27, 2023, 10:18:25 AM »
Never had one apart. I have to put seals in this summer.
Do I have to pull axle bearings ? If so , I'll need to find a new set of bearings....
Advice ?

Bearings are pressed on with a hydrolic press..i chaned my rear.end.awhil e back and the 71-73 rear ends had smaller bearings than the later ones..

74 and up use the larger bearings like the mii s

Why not just upgrade to a mii 8 inch while you are doing it
