what LB of leaf spring in rear saw some at speedway that lowers the back a little and what spring rate in front and what brand of shock konis bilesteins how about sway bars.

Given the limitations of the stock type rear spring setup, What type of  class and which racing organization? It's a compromise at best.  Ask Brian Walsh or 71 Hanto.  My 72 hatch has to do dual duty for Auto X and Timed hillclimbs, it's a good setup but has flaws in both setups.
Yes, it is possible to study and become a master of Pintosophy.. Not a religion , nothing less than a life quest for non conformity and rational thought. What Horse did you ride in on?
