to go 5 lug on the front and upgrade the brakes in the process get granada rotors pinto bearings and seals, you will need a set of aftermarket adapters (40 bucks ebay) some blazer 4x4 soft lines and some gm metric calipers. this will give you 11 inch 5 lug on the front
now for the rear your easiest option is a diff swap and the overall width will depend on wheel size and offset. to fit 98 cobra 17x8's it took the entire width of an explorer diff to provide the clearance. If you can find a fox body 8.8 from an 87-94 mustang and add a pair off drivers side axles and brake plates and drums from a ranger/broncoII/ aerostar with either the 7.5 or 8.8 which can swap into the fox housing and make it 5 bolt and be notably closer to stock width, add some spring perches and you are off to the races other good swaps are 65 mustang diff or a granada one but they are getting much rarer , the 8.8 is plentyful and cheap
