4 lug to 5 lug conversion on 74 and later models
« on: September 28, 2016, 03:34:10 PM »
Couldn't find the thread on how or what's needed to convert from 4 lug to 5 lug on 74 and up models. Anyone remember what's needed. I remember the use of Granada parts. Thanks, Don

Go to Speedway for all the parts needed. Easy change over but you'll need 15" wheels and the rear axles machined to 5 lugs.(or a complete 5 lug rear end )
Its better to be a has-been, than a never was.

Have 15" wheels with 5 x 4 1/2 bolt pattern for the front and a 57 Ford 9" rear end with the same bolt pattern. Thanks for the help. Don
