doing a motor swap in a 73 hatch I've done swaps with the 2.3 and know that when doing that swap u have to have a match gear set for the dizzy and the auxiliary shaft..  is it the same principle for the 2.0 as the 2.3 for a match set ?? thanks

The 2.3s don't need to have matched gears either.  ???

It's not like the difference between materials with flat tappet and roller cams in smallblock Fords.
'72 Runabout - 2.3T, T5, MegaSquirt-II, 8", 5-lugs, big brakes.
'68 Mustang - Built roller 302, Toploader, 9", etc.
