Title: 2.0 Exhaust port spacing
Post by: 1oldtimer on July 27, 2014, 07:03:50 PM
Has anyone found if anything has the same exhaust port spacing. Looking for a turbo manifold, either I make my own or find one with the same ports and replace just the flange. I know the 2.3 is close, but I'm all over the internet trying to find others....Toyo ta, Honda, Nissan,...?!?!?!. Also anyone one know about the euro cars (gas and diesel)?

TIA.

Update- I read that a Nissan 200 SX turbo has the same port spacing, but not 100%. Need to get my hands on some gaskets.

Ak Miller's design is the only Stateside-made turbo manifold for the 2.0 that I know of. They also only ever had a T4 flange, which I guess was the smallest one available in the early '70s. It won't be easy to find a small modern turbo with a T4 flange; they are all T3 or T25 now.

You might consider making your own if you're willing to go to the trouble of welding 2.0 flanges onto something else.
