I have frame mounts, but you can get the motor mounts redone and like new from Phil. I get a lot of parts for my King Cobra from him.

I have the drivers side V8 mount for the V8 conversion. The passenger side doesn't change. I also have used motor mounts. It would be very helpful for your project if using a C4 that you had the Bellhousing & converter from a V8 Mustang II. Keith

Phil will rebuild them in rubber or poly. If you have one, you can buy the other from him finished also. He also has raw ones.

Thanks for all the info, Keith how much do you want for the used mounts? Will they need to be
repaired or are they useable? How much for drivers side mount?
Thanks Bob

Personally, I would not use the Mll mounts.
So much so, I gave a pair away.
They move the engine over (if I remember right) 1 3/4".
Way too much for a V8.
You'll end up with odd angles to deal with, and exhaust problems on one side.

Not hard to make new ones......

You can have my frame mounts, just for the cost of shipping if you want them :)

I'm going to start playing it forward. Dave gave me a lot of parts, so when I finish mine I can give those out also!

I forgot, you'll also need the Mustang II V8 oil pan, exhaust manifolds (or Headers, not recommended) and the metal separator plate between the engine and transmission (C4).

I put a 351W in mine and had the same problem finding mounts and went with Prothane early mustang mounts and fabricated towers to bolt to the stock holes from 1/8" plate. It worked out fantastic and you could do the same thing with stock early mustang mounts for a lot less $$. I set the engine where I needed it for the Hooker headers and built the towers. I also used a standard front sump pan and lowered the rack by slotting the mount holes down and then welding up the upper half and gained about a 1/4" or so. Just have to be sure not to go too low or the boss on the rack will have interference with the lip on the cross member. It solved the oil pan bending for clearance.
