1977-78 fender extension removal

 Its been so many years since I changed mine I forgot if you have to remove the fender to get these off. Does anyone care to remind me?

 I tried posting in parts wanted classified for some light sockets and plastic buckets, but it hasnt appeared yet. Are they being delayed for approval? For some reason that escapes me now,I just never cared for those help section replacement sockets. There are broken wires in mine and it doesnt look like it will be easy at all to try to replace the wires in them.

You don't need to remove fender.   Fred   :)
