1971 ford pinto front bumper filler panel?!?!

is there a filler panel that goes in the front bumper on a 71? i know that there is one on a 74 and up.

yes it looks like in 73 there is a rock panel and 71 there is not, is that correct??
trying to help a buddy build his 71 and trying to figure out what is there if anything.

the one for 73 is wider and flexable (like rubber or plastic) the one for the 71-72 is a metal one (steel) and narrower but yes there is a panel that fits behind the bumper they call it a stone deflecter   fred should have this panel i would ask him

I have the metal one, I picked it up with a nice set of bumpers and front and rear valance as a package deal. I only needed the bumpers though since my car is a 73. It is metal like previously mentioned. Let me know if Fred doesnt have the one you need...but I doubt he wont. He seems to have everything...l ol

I got the wagon back from paint and glass today, ends out I have 2 of the 71-72 bumper filler pieces and the one for my 73 now. So if you are still looking I have two of them made of metal.

Still trying to find a box/boxes to put this thing in. My 19yo daughter just moved out on her own and I seem to be having a box shortage at the moment because of the fact. I will get a price for you as soon as I get this figured out...might be able to get what I need at work next week. Sorry it is taking longer than planned.

Got a UPS price to ship for $32.00, that comes with $100.00 insurance she said is mandatory (can't be opt'd out of). I figure $20.00 is a fair price for part. So $52.00 shipped to 33907.
