Hood Hinge rubber boots

Description: Anybody have a couple of Hood Hinge rubber boots, gaskets laying around in good condition? The ones that go under the hood hinge before screwing them to the firewall.Resto ring my 77 and mine are all shot.

They are like gold.  Even bad ones that can be restored (someone here did his) are hard to find.  We should pester Steele Rubber Products (steelerubber.c om) to start making these.  Count the number of members here and multiply by 2, and that's how many Steele would probably sell. I found one NOS at a supplier, but turned it down because I needed two.  That was dumb, dumb, dumb!  Good luck!
