Just started a new post here so i don't keep adding with each new event.
Just heard from Good Day Colorado, the Stampede will be interviewed for the morning talk show on Friday May 27th. Anyone ariving early can come with me. i also have an interview that day with the Boulder Daily camera, this before the official media event at the Wings over the Rockies Museum.
Now that we are getting closer, more media wil be picking this up.

Guys- Let me hijack this thread and encourage everyone to participate in this once in a lifetime event. The stampede is going to be completely fantastic in more ways than you can imagine. There are things- incredible happenings that Norm is planning that just can't be made public until the time. Please... I am imploring you... if you enjoy Pintos please make plans to participate in the stampede or Carlisle in some fashion. You will be a part of history likely not to come around again in our lifetimes and more importantly you will personally know you where there in one of the most important events that has been associated with the Pinto since the false explosion press kill. Trust me- you will be sorry you missed this event. I have been helping folks within the Pinto Community for 10+ years with their ideas and events and I have never see the leadership and dedication associated with Norm, Phil, Brian and everyone involved. This will be THE event for the Pinto Community for a very long time to come.
Join us, Join me in participating. .. Find a way- trust me... Find a way!

I did email the Dave Shelly and Chainsaw radio show explaining the Stampede, my involvement in it, and how to help, but I don't think they read it... or they thought it was a spam. That show is broadcast around the world via computer and it's based in beautiful San Diego. Since Pinto comes up frequently in their show (not super negative, believe it or not), I thought Dave, the Guy In Charge, might throw us a bone.
Tomorrow I am calling Bill Drew of Drew Ford because he promised me $200 worth of gas cards when it gets close to show-time. Who knows what might come out of that besides gas cards!?! :D

On Monday, May 23rd, Myself, Dave Kawa and a couple of supporters will be on the Racing Roundup show to talk about the Stampede and what we are doing. We are not sure what time we are actually going on but it's only a 1 1/2 hour show. Also, our cars will be on display in front of Paulies to promote the show.The show starts at 7pm Central and can be seen live at BE SURE TO TUNE IN AND WATCH

Today we had an article in the Sunday New York Daily News. This is New York Cities most read paper and on Sunday has it's highest sales. Millions of people today have read about the Stampede. I think the article was fair, some puns, but overall a good story with some statements about how the Pinto was no less safe then any other car of its day. I gave the reporter a ride around and he saw first hand how the Pinto is received by the public at large.

I just completed the NPR interview, I worked to dispell some of the statistics they had, it will air at 12:30 pm eastern time, so that should be 11:30 central and 10:30 mountain and 9:30 Pacific.
