Cookieboystoys:
Hello All, I want to share something with you. Jim Madison, fellow Pinto Stampeder, and owner of the Bullet Stop Gun Shops in Missouri and Illinois had a great idea for this years Stampede. I borrowed his idea and am doing something similar at work all with the goal of raising awareness and encouraging donations to the Wounded Warrior Project so they can continue and do more and more for this countries Wounded Warriors.

Last year the Pinto Stampede raised more than $13,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project. Norm Bagi's idea was that each dollar raised sponsored 1 mile a Pinto drove on Stampede. 100% of all donations went directly to the Wounded Warrior Project. Making a difference, one mile at a time.

Here's how Jim Madison changed and modified the idea for this year... He is going on Stampede, has a set number of miles he plans to travel and is asking his local customers, friends, supplies and just about everybody he meets to "sponsor" his Pinto $.02 cents per mile and 100% of the donations will go to the Wounded Warrior Project.

I want to do my part but since I'm not able to go on the Stampede this year and make a difference one mile at a time. At work I have a similar thing going to Jim's, just modified to fit my situation.

With the Pinto Stampede starting in 15 days I felt it was time to ask all my friends of the Pinto here on FordPinto to consider Making A Difference, One Mile At A Time as well and here's my idea...

This year the 2nd Annual Pinto Stampede will cover more than 500 miles and here is where "Your 2 Cents" comes into play.

500 miles and $.02 cents per mile comes to $10.00

You can sponsor a Pinto on Stampede for as little as $10.00 and Make That Difference, One Mile At A Time.

here's how... visit PintoStampede.com and look for the "Warrior Donations" on top of the page.

or the direct link ~> https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org/group-fundraising/pintostampede/

100% of all sponsor/donations go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project and are tax deductible.

I would like to thank you all for you time and consideration, every little bit helps.
