Hey Navy... I was working in the Camp Pendleton area today at Oceanside Harbor Dr. If you saw an orange CalTrans truck and some person hoeing the heck outta the weeds, that would've been me.  :)

77 Wagon 302/c4 Conversion Part III
« on: March 13, 2005, 01:14:04 AM »
After going on a bit of a tangent with designing ahead of myself I pulled the drive assembly and sent the driveshaft out to be shortened 2 inches as well as dropped the trans off to be overhauled. I am pleased to say that the carryout pipes came out with the assembly without touching anything. This is good because it is one thing that I won't have to crawl under the car to install when the new unit is put back in. I mounted the alternator and powersteering pump and am still waiting for the crank pulley. Work in progress.
Started with a Bobcat wagon. Then a Cruising wagon. Now a Chocolate brown 77 wagon. I will enjoy this car for a long time. I'm in. High_Horse
