I know of one person that was able to get 77 material from them. something like this is best to call. could also do a search on google for factory or oem vinyl material reupholster auto. there are other sources and no... materials changed throughout the years

looks like SMS only goes up to 1975. Would the colors be the same for the later models?

winsor351 - google sms auto fabrics - you will have to match your material and have a local reupholster them for you. no place to buy nos/repop covers for pintos

Sounds like you are OK, I am glad of that.

I too have flipped a Pinto, or should I say, had it flipped for me (circle track).

was just a little dizzy from being up side down.still feel that way every time i look in the garage.this happened last weekend.engine in car is a 460 ford.40 over 12 to 1 with iron cobra jet heads and a lot of camshaft.. power glide tranny 4.88 gears. as of last week it has run 9.19@147 in the 1/4....
i am hoping i can fix the roof. have to wait and see. i am just now taking it apart.

just bought a 1979 trunk model.. the roof should be the same. really hate to cut up a complete car but these things all rusted a way here and there are not any in the junk yards.so hopefully by spring it will back on the track.maybe a new paint job like bob gliddens last pinto pro stock.
