My Pinto plans for Carlisle
« on: January 08, 2011, 01:16:35 PM »
Those  of you that know my car's story know it's been an uphill battle since I bought her in 2006. She died on the way home from Carlisle, 100 miles outside of Columbus, OH & hasn't really been taken on long trips since. That is until this year. She will be at Carlisle for the 40th, pending final mods & repairs.

I will post some pics of when I got her, how she is now, & how she will be when I take her to Carlisle.

I gotta get working on her interior, fix the brakes, change the fluids & get her painted. I am so psyched to get her on the road!

Plans include:

interior modded to blue & black scheme, exterior painted medium to dark blue, new rear brakes, rear shock change, radio swap. Pics to come soon!
Matt Manter
1977 Pinto sedan- Named Harold II after the first Pinto(Harold) owned by my mom. R.I.P mom- 1980 parts provider & money machine for anything that won't fit the 80
1980 Pinto Runabout- work in progress
