I dig the FAT whitewalls!  Very nice car.
1 Pinto, 2 Mustangs, 2 trucks and an 07 Freestyle.  Maybe I should thin the herd a bit? My classic cars are for sale!  I live in Tucson, AZ :D

You wish you were working on your car?  MINE were 2000 miles away! Mine are now for sale and the AZ originals are rust-free.

I would assume that the amber lights below the rear bumper are some sort of Italian/European requirement.

Tercin,

In most of the world, rear turn signals HAVE to be amber.  I remember Ford being criticized when it turned the taillights on the Aerostar and on the Taurus from amber-and-red to red only.  I believe that was for the 1999 model year.

I'm absolutely diggin the gangster whitewalls! That's gotta be an absolute nightmare to get parts there in Italy. That would be a beutiful Pinto anywhere i the world, but to be in Italy, without the parts resources, it's AMAZING.

I agree, that's a nice  wagon. The gentleman is to be commended for his efforts. It's hard to find one that nice here in the states, and we have access to all the parts.
