This section threads are auto generated buy the sites Classified Ads Section (Classified Ads link on the left hand menu bar) If you need to post a classified ad, create your ad in the classified ad section and a thread will automatically be created here. DO NOT START a new thread here, it will NOT be shown on the front page and listed on FordPinto.com's internet RSS feeds that go out worldwide 24/7. You will not get the exposure you want for you ad unless you post it in the 'Classified Ads'.

Please do not post either wants/needs or list items for sale in other members threads (thread hijacking). This applies WETHER OR NOT its similar or like items.

Any such posts that are found will be removed. Members that repeatedly hijack threads will be subject to further action at the sole discression of the Admins.

Please start your own thread in an appropriate section, or use a PM.

but seriously threads r just like conversations and some time they change directions or something comes up and (or) a offer is made.

or is there some sale trampling going on?

Yes, there has been some "trampiling"; we would like that to stop.

I take it that thread "hijacking" is no longer PC?

I've noticed a few instances of this. It's poor manners. Not a "whoopin" offense, but it's irritating nonetheless.

A quick way to keep from "impulse posting" is to type up your reply, them go elsewhere for a min, or so. If, after you reread your post, you still feel it's relevant...pos t away!

Like Apintonut says, these threads are a conversation. If you wouldn't blurt it out face to face, it's best not to post it

I do this... a lot

usually at work and I get pulled away but sometimes... it's best to think twice.

I am registered and new to the site. I have a 77 Pinto that I would like to post for sale but can not figure out where or how??? Can you please provide me some quidance? I would very much like to offer to Pinto lover's before posting on Ebay or other sites. I appreciate any help you can provide and also if you will send me the instructions to my email address rednilla@bellsouth.net

The PCCA site made a change recently which requires new members to have a minimum number of posts (ten I think) before they can post in the Classifieds section. Once you have that many posts, you'll be able to access the Classifieds section.
