wanted: blue deluxe steering wheel horn pad, steering collumn sleeve

I have a 1980 Pinto Runabout that I am in need of the following:

Blue deluxe steering wheel horn pad or entire deluxe steering wheel in blue. The wheel has a cover on it but was cracked, horn pad trashed

the collumn sleeve I am referring to is the one that screws on the bottom, below the instrument cover. Color does not matter on this item

Price & location please
