I'd love to have this wagon. This is one off the coolest modded ones I've seen... besides the fact that the person selling it appears to think there's really a such thing as a Pinto Cobra  ???

Yeah it does. Looking closely at it, it almost looks like its molded from the original bumper, with the tag mount and exhaust cutouts added to it.
