Hey Navy... I was working in the Camp Pendleton area today at Oceanside Harbor Dr. If you saw an orange CalTrans truck and some person hoeing the heck outta the weeds, that would've been me.  :)

Something along these lines?

These are for the all-glass hatch, not sure if that's what you mean by a "framed back window". This set was bought new in 1980 (by my dad, as this car use to be my dad's). I don't think they are still made, but I can get you the brand of the louvers if that will help. I don't think I've ever come across a set to be honest, but who knows, you may get lucky.

this would be an example of a "framed" hatchback

I have "seen" 2 different styles... one metal (brown bobcat) and one plastic (blue one) can only find them used, to my knowledge there are no new ones available... anywhere.

I bought the only NOS set I've ever seen & I looked for 4+ years. $425 later & they were on their way via UPS.

Actually the price is comparable to most new aluminum louvers on the market today so I don't feel like I overpaid.

@1kwikcat they are for the hatchback, and it only came withthe rear and not the sides. i just pulled them yesterday. so theyre no longer on the car and i will most likely be looking to sell them pretty soon, i will let you know.
