1. Most likely, but wait for someone who has done it for first hand confirmation. There could be a question of the C-4 "Pinto" version holding up.
2. There is no reason to use a carburetor in place of a properly designed EFI system like the T/C engine already has. The carb would require a far less desirable blow through or draw through configuration. The factory EFI/Turbo system has spark control, fuel control, boost control, and offers driveability as a bonus to the performance increase. Lastly, a 600 CFM carb is huge on a 2.3 engine.
If you are referring to using a carburetor in a normally aspirated configuration on the turbo engine - DON'T. The compression is too low.
