Aside from automotive stuff, the thing that probably gives me the most pleasure is making music.  I've played organ at my church for the last eleven years, and I pick a little bluegrass on my Martin D28 on Monday evenings at a local jam session.

Working for the TSA, cooking and collecting old pedal cars. I envy you johnbigman 2011 because I would love to have a rig like that. There's nothing like spare ribs that have been slow cooked with apple and cherry wood for about 6-8 hours. Or a turkey that has been done the same way.
Since I took this picture I have added another Murray V-Nose fire truck to the collection

I raise birds as well. Although I am down to a pair of Black Shoulder Peacocks right now. Two new blood lines should be here this fall. Reeves and Golden (pheasants)
Aviary they will be going in.... has a 1360 sq. foot print.

Here you go 78squire. This turkey was cooked the last time that I was home on my small pit. Mesquite in Texas is our perfered wood. Wouldn't mind trying apple someday.

I do like those little cars and trucks... I have a picture of me sitting in a little fire truck like you have there when I was a kid.

Looks yummy. I just take and place the bird on the smoker and bast it with apple juice or cover it with bacon to keep it moist.
The pedal cars are a new thing for me. I have reached my limit at nine because they take up too much space. Now if I see one CHEAP like these have been, well one more wont hurt  :D

Yep, you see a Herbie in there. It's a metal body car that I revived from the dead because it was a little rough when I got it. A couple of cans of  Krylon and a few home made decals was all it took

The original/stock VW pedal cars were either red or yellow. The guy I got this one from had painted it blue plus it was missing the windshield, front fender lights and tail lights. I was able to find a stock windshield and made the fender lights out of gel (fake water). The tail lights are just marker lights. The stripes and base white are Krylon with the decals being ones I made on my printer with model car decal paper. Before I bought my Pinto wagon, I was looking for a real VW to make a Herbie but I am glad I got my wagon first

Everything I do seems to involve wheels & an engine. I drive truck for a living & work on cars in my spare time. I have had dunebuggies the last 24 years but haven't had time to hit the hills for awhile.

When my kids are running around on their 4 wheelers I like to jump on my sons XR80 & zip around with them & show 'em how it's done. I gave up my dirtbikes in the 90's for the safety of my buggies but I still enjoy crankin through the dirt now & then.

I also have a vintage '83 Kawasaki LTD250 with 3500 original miles to putt around on occasionally. I gave up crotch rockets almost 10 years ago when I caught myself jamming on the front brake at redlights trying to do nose wheelies. I was already cornering waaaaay beyond my skill level & constantly topping 140 mph in shorts with no helmet.

There comes a day when you realize your own stupidity will kill you if you don't get rid of the dangerous toys. I'm nowhere near as skilled as I had myself convinced I was......

I work on old RR cars, we are working on an old Dining car, 3 ex New Jersey Transit coaches, and a sleeper car. We run occasional excursions out of Scranton , Pa. ELDCPS.org  We rebuilt an old rr siding and have our cars there for storage and to work on them.

Heck, I have to many other enjoyments! LOL

My most current is my VW Bus, (and other VW's)

Then I have my boys!

Then I have my birds! Oso the bird is in the pic, but I have several other birds too! LOL

Then last I got my bikes. This is me on my ST1300 but I also have a Yamaha 400 scooter. I've kind of slacked on riding them though. Been to much into the Bus lately! :D

My newest fetish that I haven't gotten into to much yet, but would like to, is Paddle Boards. I have started collecting surf boards, but I would love to have a paddle board. That looks like a lot of fun!! :D

Put one on the Pinto but it didn't look to good with no rack! LOL

I think that is about it! LOL
