How many members are from Texas
« on: December 28, 2011, 10:57:36 PM »
From looking and reading most members here are from the Northeast or out West. Not that its a bad thing or nothing like that for sure. Any ways drop me a line if your from the Southeast part of Texas or close by.

Hello Popbumper. If I'm not mistaken you are the Por15 King. You are the one with the copper colored wagon correct?

Hey there,A lot of Pintos here in Texas, some with wheels, not legs! They are harder to find in Texas (cause of all the miles between them!).  Otto N Austin

Well it looks as if the numbers are rising. We need to get together someday and take over a car show like they did in Penn. One thing for sure I will be home soon and all your going to hear are ratchets and bolts a flying, trying to get the 72 up and running.

Hello Popbumper. If I'm not mistaken you are the Por15 King. You are the one with the copper colored wagon correct?

Correct! Rob (78txpony) also lives nearby. It would be great if we had a "Pinto-concentric" car show here in Texas one day!

Chris

Correct! Though he has not reported in, 78txpony also lives close by and has an original 78 sedan that is a single owner car. It would be great if we could have a "Pinto-concentric" car show here in Texas!

That is the main reason that I purchased my 72. I know I would enjoy going to car shows and hanging out. Used to do it quiet a bit in my HD days. Mine should be ready by next fall. Will see when I get home and take a close look at it.

I'm all the time running to Austin and Dallas, Sanantonio for weekend get aways.

You might have to let me get over car shock first.. I'll have to take in that fine Cosworth Pinto first... and then be careful because, I enjoy talking cars.
