Had a guy ring my doorbell about an hour ago and inquire about purchasing my Pinto.  I told him it wasn't for sale but was so startled by the whole thing that I forgot to direct him here to the PCCA classifieds. :-[

If you were doing a concours restoration then, yes it would deduct points in a judging situation.  Since Pintos rarely fall into that category, I think you can safely swap a Bobcat grille in if you like it better.
After all, it IS your car. :)

Does the grille swap from a bobcat to a pinto take away any points for looks on the pinto ? I'm trying to give it a good look .

Nearly 1 month later! I finally got the weather stripping in the mail... The weather stripping was ordered on the 18th of March, a Friday...

My order was suppose to be drop shipped via UPS by the manufacturer. This didn't happen for some reason, it ended up getting sent to the seller, and I just received it in the mail today, via USPS...

Great customer service, and I will give them that, but after a month of waiting, a really disappointed in the company...

Really wish they would have offered some sort of compensation for my wait, we shall see the next time I order from them, if I order from them again...

Cost after shipping, tax and product for California: $95.26

So here is some information for all of you, if you need the product quickly.

Steele Rubber Products
70-3121-72

You will need to purchase some adhesive from a local parts warehouse, or online... I am not sure what is suggested...

RATING
Product: ***** (five stars, product is nearly an exact replica of the original.

Customer Service: **** (4 stars, customer service was good, for ordering the part, and they were always polite, though the part was not shipped properly, and I had to wait nearly a full month for my part.

Price: **** (4 stars, price though it is cheaper then you would purchase it from Steele Rubber Products, the price is still up there... but I would buy again.
