75 Pinto runabout Anniversary- LOW miles in NJ

Found this in my local craigslist, heard about this car. only people that are members of this  forum could EVER appreciate what this car is. I'm not saying it is what he wants, but it is less than 25 miles from me and i will go look at it for someone who is serious. I know what I'm looking at as far  as overall- I am NOT a pinto expert, but it appears to be all stock.  Just don't get me to go if your not 100% serious. you decide-- Crossy
