1977 Pinto wagon

1977 Ford Pinto Stationwagon 2.8 liter V6. Asking $1000. Make me an offer.
 odometer reads 30,797...pretty sure its not even close. Has body damage...drive rs side door and quarter panel.
Its an Arizona car so...no rust
 Bought to drive around...thoug ht body work was all that was needed. I was WRONG. Already had the timing gears replaced.
 Does it run? kinda... starts on occasion but dies. I'm not a mechanic, but i think the carburator needs replaced or adjusted.
 Willing to take the loss on what i've put into it, need to sell to help pay for transmission for truck.
 Will trade for tranny that will fit 94 chevy cheyenne k1500 4x4 305V8
