ESS cars should have the ralley gauges (tach) so it will have the 71-78 dash pad.  You are going to want to purchase a 71-78 cap for your ESS.

Reeves1- You are correct, replacement windshields have the same part number (same replacement PPG part) for all Pintos, BUT, the 71-72 (and maybe the 73?) have a slightly larger windshield that you can't seem to find anywhere unless you find a NOS item. I found out the hard way when I replaced mine...

1977 Ford Pinto Cruising Wagon

1977 Ford Pinto Cruising Wagon

Reason for selling: I bought a New car and I need space in the drive way.

This is a very rare factory cruising wagon. When was the last time you saw another one of these ? Still rather close to stock. Still has original AM radio (Not working)

2.8L V6
3spd Auto
Power steering and brakes
New rad and hoses
New carb
New brakes
Brand new Winter tires. 13" on front 14" on rear.
Rare factory chrome valve covers
New front shocks
New steering rag joint
New leaf springs with slight lift in rear.
New 2.5" exhaust with stainless Hurst muffler
New blower motor

This is a very fun car to drive. Every where I go I get thumps up and people talking about the Car. I'd hate to see it go but the drive way is crowded.

Come with a LOT of spare parts. 2 extra engine's . 1 spare auto tranny. a pair of doors. extra hood and rear hatch. Extra mint front and rear bumper . Complete front suspension cut from a mustang two. spare 8 inch rear axle. 2 good Complete sets of 13" summer tires, yes that is 8 wheels. 2 more 14" rims painted to match the car. I also have a set of 2.8L headers. Very very rare offenhouser 4 barrel intake manifold. Many more parts I am sure I am forgetting about.

The bad:
Could use a tune up. In the cold weather she runs a little rough until she warms up. Carpet is torn. bottom of doors and rear hatch are rusty, hence why it comes with extra.

Cash is nice but I'd also be interested in a car trailer in trade.
