Let us know how great it was and take plenty of pictures. I was hoping to go, But I have a big Wounded Warrior Project fund raiser in Pa that weekend. They want the Stampede Pinto's at the Pocono Pistol Club as part of the display.

Found the keys, all systems go. The steering wheel lock key, door key & ignition key, aka screwdriver across the solenoid lol.

Pinto Fans you might have noticed the photo on the Home Page of the FordPinto.com website Promoting the Ohio Get Together!
This was a Promotional photo for the up and coming car show...

This was thanks to Rob's hard work collecting resources and Pinto owners for a professional photo shoot at Liberty Ford in Macedonia, Ohio. Now the photo's are going to the local papers and a little story behind the history or the car and and the owners.
And yes that's a 20 foot banner in front of those beautiful Pinto's.

Check out the auto section of the Cleveland Plain Dealer today, Sept. 1st promoting the Ford Pinto 40th Anniversary car show, "The Ohio Get Together". There is a HALF PAGE story and photo of 3 members Pintos': Jim O'Reilly, Michelle Garvey, and Rob Smarsch in front of the Liberty Ford, Solon, Ohio dealership, our sponsor. The title of the article is "Celebrating Wounded Warriors on two important anniversaries". The show is Sunday Sept. 11th at the Chilis Restaurant, Macedonia, Ohio Noon-5pm. We will have DJ, trophies, door prizes, goodie bags, and dash plaques. Our sponsors are Summit Racing, McDonalds, Liberty Ford Solon, Ohio, Chilis, Applebees, O'Reilly Auto Parts and more. We are expecting a great turnout and already have many Pintos pre-registered. We have a special surprise for those cars that pre-register.
