Took the engine home two days ago 500 got me everything but the rearend. Pulled the tranny and got it on the stand, fresh rebuild! Woo hoo. Crosshatching still visible, everything stamped, best 500 bucks i ever spent knock on wood. Lets hope the trannys is as good condition. Im still gonna pull the head and port the intake and exhaust, no reason not too, if i understand correctly i need to switch the oil pan/pickup and relocate the dipstick from my 2.3 n/a so thats next on the list. I got pictures but my keyboard broke on my computer
I want to go with a front mount intercooler but im on a budget, are my spare parts from the svo worth much, apparently side mounts are old news but its a fairly rare car
