Heads up regarding Racer Walsh
« on: September 04, 2014, 01:02:43 PM »
I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but I called Racer Walsh today to order another 2.3 adjustable cam sprocket as the website wouldn't accept orders. The guy that answered the phone there said they were discontinued and were in the process of shutting down. I liked the RW sprocket and hate to see it go away, but wound up buying an Esslinger which should work just as well.
I did notice in the store that many parts were discounted, so if you're looking for a deal (and they have any left in stock), hop on the phone......

It's been on a down hill ride ever since Walsh sold it. Will not be any great lost as there are many shops selling the same stuff now days. When Walsh started out in New York many years ago, he was the only go fast shop that had Pinto racing parts. RIP
Its better to be a has-been, than a never was.
