Topic: Turbo Pinto Heater Fan - No A/C Box Needed!

A while ago I commented that I had a fan that eliminates the need for the A/C style heater box when installing a Turbo 2.3.  I just had the opportunity today to take some pictures (now that the engine is permanently in the car).

 It was from a MGB. I do know that it was a late 70's model. To make this work you simply have to:

1. Slot the two holes to mount the motor.

2. Wire the motor in reverse.

3. Accept the fact that the smaller motor, smaller fan (you have to use the MG fan) and running it backward still moves a lot of air (it does).

4. Enjoy the fact that you can use a standard heater. Note this was done to a 1973 Pinto. I'm not sure how other models are different (if in fact they are).
