Truly a sad day indeed, for us here on the board, as well as the "old guys" from Ohio. I didn't know Steve well , but what work we saw spoke volumes about the man. He will be missed. :'(

A great loss. I just met Steve a month or so ago when he came down to buy a steering wheel. He was very excited about his CW project. Sad to see him go.

At the cemetery,as we left we each rev ed are engines in his oner. There were two Pintos in the presestion.

I have been unable to find any pictures of Steve or his Cruising Wagon.Steve was one of those guys that would give help to anyone. He loved all of his Cars. The wagon was the last one he bought. It was his first project car.He loved to autocross,Steve would bring out his Lincoln or his F-150 to run.He would go through the coarse and not hit any cones. He could tell real whoppers of stories about when he drove trucks. We'd laugh our heads off just hearing him tell them. His C/W has been bought by one of our friends, and will be built the way Steve had planned on doing. We hope to have it at Carlisle next year.It will be named Stevie-Z in his oner. Now for the sad news ,his wife Linda just passed away on Friday after battling cancer. They both will be missed, but not forgotten.

I am so sorry to hear about Steve's wife.  It's hard to understand why such things happen to a
family.  Steve and Linda are now together again.
