Hatchback springs

My buddy took the rear out of the 76 (the 8")today. He asked if I wanted the springs too? Are there any difference in the springs from the V6 76 and the L4 78 set now on my car?
If life gives you a lemon, squeeze it in your moonshine and buy a Pinto.
