Head Torque Specs?

Does any know of a site/know of the spec's for the head torque of a 2300 engine?

My CLYMER book say that you need to first tork them (in sequence) to 60ft.-lb. and then go back (in sequence) to 80-90ft.-lb.

Start from the center on one side & go back in forth working your way toward the ends.
